Custom-made Notice: Please note that DecorAnna gallery item are handcrafted exclusively for you - Dear Client- based on your individual specifications (custom measurements, lace selection, etc.). According to EU Consumer Law (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU) and § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. Therefore, this product is non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started, unless it arrives damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
